Green leafies...

As a kid I was an extremely picky eater. Often I would sit long past the mealtime at daycare with my plate of food because I refused to touch it. Dishes with visible chunks of tomato, mushroom, onion, or most other vegetables were right out. I vetoed anything with unrecognizable ingredients. I was a royal pain when it came to meals. It is hard for me to believe now, because I’m not sure when or how the switch was flipped, but I love food with very few exceptions. I especially love vegetables.
